At Inspired Landscape Solutions, Inc., our year-round landscape maintenance program keeps your property looking its best in every season. We tailor our services to the needs of your turf and shrubs, ensuring lasting health and vitality through proper mowing, pruning, and detailed care. Regular maintenance includes mowing all turf areas, performed weekly during the growing season and biweekly from January through March for approximately 45 visits annually, along with edging all cement areas, weed eating areas not reached by the mower, and removing debris from turf. With our attention to detail and commitment to excellence, your landscape will stay healthy, vibrant, and beautiful year-round.
Landscape Maintenance
Our maintenance programs start at $375 per month minimum and include the below.

Blowing
All concrete areas including walkways and driveway will be blown and all debris removed each visit.
Pruning
All shrubs will be pruned at the appropriate times to keep a well-manicured appearance and to promote healthy plants.
Weed Control
Weeds will be monitored throughout the year. They will be sprayed in all cement areas, beds and turf area. Any weeds that cannot be sprayed due to location or time of year will be hand-pulled.
Leaf Control
During the fall and throughout the entire leaf season the leaves will be blown from the property.
Fertilization
There will be seven applications of chemicals. Two pre-emergent applications in February and April to prevent new weeds; a high nitrogen application of fertilizer to green up the turf and increase growth in February and April; a balanced application of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for optimum growth and development of turf in September and November and a lime application.
Aeration
Aeration will occur in the spring to oxygenate the soil and relieve compaction, which promotes healthy turf growth.
